One of the greatest female R&B groups of all time, Destiny’s Child, could be making a comeback, according to manager Mathew Knowles.
The trio released their last album in 2014, with the title — Destiny Fulfilled — insinuating that that was the end of the group.
In an interview with Huffington Post, Knowles said he was still very much involved with the girls, and that he was working on a few project.
“I am extremely hopeful that the ladies will come back with an album and a tour,” he said. “I’m working on a few Destiny’s Child projects right now.
“My second book will be the autobiography of Destiny’s Child,” he continued. “I’m talking to the film and TV community right now, regarding a Destiny’s Child movie or TV series of some sort.”
“I still manage the ladies, and I’m hopeful that within the next two to three years we’ll see something major come from it,” Knowles said.
The girls — Beyonce Knowles, Michelle Williams and Kelly Rowland — are still on good terms with each other, so Knowles’ dream might just come true!
